The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the room is spacious with 2 bathrooms, plus I really appreciated the added amenities like a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and kitchenware, it was a nice touch!

Very friendly and helpful staff/owners. Very good/excellent accommodations for families and friends. Very new structure and excellent amenities. Very safe and inviting. We arrived very late and were a little lost with a family and the owners/staff actually came by to show us where it was and let us in after we called them on the phone. They were very flexible. we even had our small dog with us and they let him stay with us, even though they have a no pets policy. We liked it som much we spent an extra night there. Would highly recommend for families wanting to visit Verona

Had a fantastic time here, couldn't ask for more. the rooms were spacious, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, and just a stone's throw away from the shopping hub. Super cozy spot with incredibly helpful staff. 🌟

Extremely nice room in new gated facility with all needed amenities; modern contemporary design in loft areas. Very friendly / attentive staff, very helpful with information to navigate area. Room stocked with all sorts of breakfast food options. A very short drive into the downtown Verona area. Great place for a family with young kids; would definitely stay here again.

The location was comfy and the stuff where very very helpful.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the location was convenient for us with supermarkets nearby. The staff at Residenza La Ricciolina were very responsive and made us feel well taken care of.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been better.

The place was spotless. Next door was a good Italian restaurant. Very nice people and good food and so convenient. Very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. Big supermarket just down the road towards town..has everything you could need. Verona is just an awesome and beautiful city. Enjoy!

Bring your own breakfast foods...unless you are happy with prewrapped stuff. Coffee and milk provided was just fine and plenty of it. For us a box of cereal and some bananas would have been all we needed. Also, if you are arriving later in the day make sure you have the phone number so you can call and they can come over and check you in. No front desk.

The staff was amazing and the location with a lovely garden in a peaceful area was unbeatable, with the nearby Verona Fiere district definitely worth a visit.

Location, 5 minutes by car to the city center. Pizzeria, restaurants and shopping center nearby. Nice and modern apartment with A/C

the location was perfect, as it was close to the shopping center and only a short drive or bus ride to the town center. the apartment was spacious and clean, offering comfortable rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen equipment was a bit basic, could have used more crockery and cutlery. any additional items were provided upon request.

Convenient location for a quick 2-night stay. the staff here were really friendly and the spot was just perfect - only 0.5 miles from the airport! Always a good time staying here! 🌟
